From the Desk of Chairman

“Education is seeking knowledge and knowledge is power a panacea against all sorts of darkness & evil”. Our aim is not to include in spoon feeding – lest the feeding stops as and when the spoon vanishes from the scene. We impart instruction primarily to eradicate ignorance; the knowledge shall get an easy entry & permanent stay. We allow diversify in all its incarnations while maintaining unity at all costs. We may, sometimes, disagree; but seldom become disagreeable. We are amply aware that good Lord has given us a task, which we are doing earnestly after our founding fathers. We are sowing the right type of seed so that this goes on RIGHTLY after we have been confined to the history. Our union is our strength & we have to vice worth mentioning.

From the Desk of Dean

Mahant Gurbanta Dass Memorial School of Nursing – Bathinda is an OASIS rather than school. The things move at clockwork precision. Each one of us reaches our place of work leaving our lesser salver behind – egoes, narrowminded – ness & deceit are barred when “we are at work”. We learn while we teach. A rich experience to be among the aspiring hearts, perspiring sinews and transpiring minds. The creativity at its best and once again we reach the spot where “The mind is without fear”. We are unitedly working to beget ostrich fledglings from pigeon eggs while toiling in the cuckoo’s nest. May this National building “Yajana” goes on & on.

Dr. Amandeep Kaur Jassi (Dean)
